This weekend marks the 1 year anniversary of the completion of my first round of p90x. My life remains mostly the same, still working out and trying to stay fit, great supporting family and a job that keeps me plenty busy.
For some reason, I decided to take some photos of myself so that I could compare against those final p90x photos. It seems like even though you might look at your body everyday; you don't notice those subtle changes that come along of the course of a year.
I was quite surprised with the differences between then and now.
