Well, day 60 is here, seems like the time between day 30 and 60 was longer than the first 30 days. Is was a busy 30 days that's for sure; graduation, vacation, birthday and there were a couple of days where I wasn't sure if wanted to work out or was simply going to have the time. But here I am at day 60 and the results are evident, that I stuck with it.
The thing that I noticed was the biggest difference between the 30 and 60 day photos was my back, it has much more definition than before. My chest is finally coming around as well.
And no, I have not been hitting the tanning bed, just spending more time in the sun, man I was a bit pasty on day 0.
