I am into week 11 and I still dread the Plyo X routine... When I hear Tony say "half-way man", I am thinking; "you got to be kidding right?" Honestly, that is the one routine, that if I were to mail it in, and decide to skip, I would have no problem with it. Oh well, one more instance of that bad boy and it will be all over.
I haven't yet decided what I am going to do once I am finished. I think that I will at the very least, I will take a few weeks off and enjoy the extra time with the wife and kids for the rest of the summer. I am considering cutting out the non-resistance days, but keep KempoX (I actually enjoy that one) and still try sticking with the 90 day routine.
