p90x - day 50

Today was the first day of the Phase 2 recovery week. The recovery weeks are built into the program and are still pretty tough, but do not include any resistance training. Instead, they put you through 2 sessions of Yoga and Core Synergistics. I am actually really liking the Yoga now and the Synergistics is a nice break from the ever brutal Plyometrics workout.

Time to step it up though, I have been a bit laxed at times with my nutrition over the past couple of weeks, so I am going to try and make the final push without as many slips. I think that I am also going to purchase some additional weights for the last phase. I have noticed that on some of the exercises my 20 lbs are actually getting easier, so I have just been doing more reps! But I hate doing more, it takes more time...
