Day 17 in the books (Shoulders and Arms) Making nice progress (strength) in my arms, but not as much as I would like in my chest. Oh well, some progress is better than none at all.
Nutrition is going well, only had a small bite of b-day cake, didn't want to disappoint my baby girl on her birthday. I Haven't had any of the ammonia issues in almost a week, so I believe that I have made the appropriate adjustment to my carb in-take.
Started taking, per suggestion of another P90Xer, the GNC Mega Men multi-vitamin. I am assuming that day one's use of these type of supplements isn't that noticeable?
I convinced my mom and her husband to start the program, I am not sure if they have started yet, but they are amped about it.

I'm happy to see your blog entries! You are doing great. I'm very proud of you sticking to your diet...however, that means that I had to eat the leftover b-day cake for breakfast twice this week!
